AIIMS MBBS 2026 Exam is the prestigious national level exam that will be conducted for candidates after their 12th pass. Those candidates who want to get admission in MBBS course are eligible to appear in this exam and get opportunities to enroll in AIIMS colleges.

- The exam will conducts in offline mode, with pen and paper
- The candidates will get 3 hours 20 minutes to complete this exam
- The exam will conducted in different languages, Hindi, English, Assamese, Kannada, Bengali, Odia, Gujarati, Marathi, Malayalam, Telugu, Urdu, Tamil, Punjabi.
- The exam comprises the total 720 marks
- There are multiple-choice questions asked in this paper
- There are a total 200 questions asked in this paper. Out of which, 180 questions are compulsory, and questions in section B are in choices
- 4 marks given to candidate on every correct answer
- 1 mark will be deducted on every wrong answer

AIIMS MBBS Exam Eligibility
Here are the following AIIMS MBBS exam eligibility criteria that candidates should meet to become eligible for this exam. If you do not meet any of the given requirements, then you are not eligible to participate in this entrance exam.
- Candidate must belong to the Indian nationality
- Candidate should be 10+2 passed or equivalent exam from a recognized board
- Candidate must have their 12th passing certificate with the biology, chemistry and physics subjects
- The candidate of the general category must obtain 50% passing marks, and candidate of reserved category must obtain 45% marks to become eligible for it
- The age of candidate must lie between 17 to 25 years old to become eligible for this exam
